We can easily get overwhelmed and stress out when it comes to trying to stay healthy. There are so many trends, diets, and gimmicks out there just trying to find something that works for you can lead you to throwing up your hands and heading to the local fast food place saying "F it all!!" With my book and my show, "How To Be Healthier Than The Joneses," I really try to put things in to a simpler way to weed through the nonsense.
It all starts with Education! There is so much out there to learn that you can't take it all in at once.
